As a by-product and as a guarantee of quality, while the multitude of local products in Haute-Savoie is no longer in doubt today, our department boasts 5 AOP and 2 IGP (Protected Designation of Origin) cheeses, which we are very proud of! Abondance AOP, Beaufort AOP, Reblochon AOP, Tome des Bauges AOP, Chevrotin AOP, Raclette IGP, Pommes et poires de Savoie IGP... and 18 Michelin-starred restaurants, notably between Annecy, Megève, and around Lake Geneva.
